当店の看板商品の一つです。

当初、特別栽培であるがゆえに肥料を抑えて育ててきましたが、お茶の木が特別栽培という環境に慣れ、しっかりと有機肥料を吸い上げることができるようになったので満を持して抹茶を作ることにしました。

今では高級な肥料をふんだんに使用しています。

もちろん有機肥料のみです。
